The colors of the Confederation are blue, white, red, and yellow, all incorporated into the official crest of the Confederation. The crest is circular, featuring a blue background with a thin blue border followed by a thick red border. The crest comprises the following elements:

(a) The crest depicts a 14-pointed star, symbolizing the equal status of the 13 states and the Federal Territory in unity with the Federation. The star and crescent are traditional symbols of Islam, the official religion of Malaysia, and are similar to those found in the Malaysian Coat of Arms.

(b) The abbreviation “MHC,” standing for the Malaysian Hockey Confederation, is supported by two rampant tigers, traditional symbols of Malay culture. These tigers, retained from the historical armorial ensign of the Federation of Malaya and the Federated Malay States, symbolize strength and courage.

(c) Two crossed hockey sticks represent the sport governed by the Confederation. The words “EST. 1953” reflect the establishment of the Confederation in 1953.

(d) The inscription “KONFEDERASI HOKI MALAYSIA” represents the name of the Confederation in the national language.

(e) A wreath of two white rice stalks surrounds these elements within the red border, signifying prosperity and unity.
