The Malaysian Hockey Confederation (MHC) today announced 100PLUS, Malaysia’s No. 1 isotonic beverage, will sponsor MHC’s competitions and activities until the end of 2023. 100PLUS will be the Official Isotonic Sponsor for MHC and the national teams.
The tournaments to be supported by 100PLUS include the TNB Malaysian Hockey League and TNB Tun Abdul Razak Cup. In addition to these events, 100PLUS will also sponsor the various youth competitions organised by MHC.
MHC President Dato’ Sri Subahan Kamal today expressed his appreciation to 100PLUS for stepping up to support MHC. “100PLUS is the most popular isotonic brand in the country and we are thrilled to have them on board with us. The support from sponsors is necessary as it contributes to the development and progress of the game.”
“We thank 100PLUS for believing in Malaysian hockey and we look forward to working with them,” said Dato’ Sri Subahan at a brief presentation at the MHC office today. He was joined by Ms Leong Wai Yin, Business Director F&N Beverages Marketing Sdn Bhd and Dato’ Raffiq Md Ariff, Managing Director, Government & Industry Engagement and Halal Affairs, Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd.
“100PLUS is impressed with Malaysian hockey’s growth in recent years and especially their standing in the world. We are confident they will continue to progress and wish them the best when they compete in the World Cup early next year,” said Wai Yin today.
Aside from MHC, 100PLUS also supports the National Sports Council, Football Association of Malaysia and Badminton Association of Malaysia.
